These terms govern your use of the Right.Card website, operated by ZAP Private Limited (a subsidiary of Finance Buddha). Right.Card is a channel partner (Direct Selling Agent) of banks and financial institutions and does not issue credit cards or lend money.

1. Our role

• We help you discover credit card products and facilitate or refer your application to the issuing bank or financial institution.
• All credit decisions — approval, credit limit, pricing, features and terms — are made solely by the issuing bank at its discretion.
• We do not guarantee approval of any card, or any particular limit or terms.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for Indian residents who are adults (18 years and above). By using our services you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, mobile number, email and identity details — is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Your authorisation

By using our services or clicking “Apply”, you authorise us to share your details with the bank or financial institution you select, and to be contacted by us and our partners via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, including where your number is registered under DND/NDNC.

4. Charges

We do not charge you for helping you discover or apply for a card. Any fees or charges relating to a card are levied by the issuing bank as per its terms.

5. Data and privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your data as described there.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding and design on this website belong to ZAP Private Limited and may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party websites

Applying may take you to a bank’s website or application, which is governed by that bank’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party websites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Right.Card and ZAP Private Limited are not liable for any loss arising from a bank’s decision, third-party websites, or your use of this website. The website and services are provided on an “as is” basis.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time, with notice through a prominent posting on our website. Continued use of the website after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
